HOUSE RULES

Please Read Carefully Before Your Stay

Dear Guest,

Welcome to our property! We’re delighted to have you stay with us.

As our property is located within a quiet and well-maintained residential community, we kindly request you to respect the surroundings, society guidelines, and other residents throughout your stay.

Your cooperation helps us maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment for everyone.

1. DISCIPLINE & BEHAVIOUR

No Honking & Rash Driving

Please drive slowly and carefully while entering or exiting the society.

Honking is strictly prohibited inside the premises. Kindly maintain silence and follow all traffic and security instructions.

Noise Control

Please respect the peaceful environment of the community.

  • Loud music is not permitted.
  • Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
  • Loud gatherings or any activity causing disturbance to neighbours are not allowed.

Please maintain low noise levels at all times, especially during late hours.

Visitors

Only the guests registered for the booking are permitted to stay at the property.

Outside visitors require prior approval. Please inform us in advance if you expect any visitor during your stay.

Unregistered guests may not be permitted entry by society security.

Smoking & Prohibited Substances

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, where applicable.

The use, possession, or distribution of drugs or any illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the property and within the society premises.

Cleanliness

Please treat the property as you would your own home.

  • Keep the property clean and tidy.
  • Dispose of waste only in the designated bins.
  • Do not litter inside the property or in common areas.
  • Please avoid damaging or misusing any property, furniture, or amenities.

2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Please follow the agreed check-in and check-out timings.

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval from the host.

Unauthorized late check-outs may be subject to additional charges.

3. PARKING

Please park only in the designated parking space provided for the property.

Unauthorized parking may result in penalties or fines imposed by the society. Any such charges arising due to violation of parking rules may be payable by the guest.

Please do not block entrances, exits, driveways, or areas reserved for other residents.

4. SECURITY & ACCESS

For your safety and the security of the property:

  • Always carry your access card/keys when leaving the property.
  • Ensure all doors and windows are properly locked when leaving.
  • Do not share access cards, keys, or security information with unauthorized persons.
  • Please follow all instructions given by society security staff.

Lost keys or access cards may be subject to replacement charges.

5. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

We understand that accidents can happen. However, any damage, breakage, loss, or misuse of the property, furniture, appliances, fixtures, access cards, keys, or society amenities may be charged to the guest at actual replacement or repair cost.

Please inform us immediately if any accidental damage occurs during your stay.

6. SOCIETY RULES

Our property operates within a residential society, and all guests are required to follow the society’s rules and regulations.

Please cooperate with:

  • Society security personnel
  • Building management
  • Parking regulations
  • Entry and exit procedures
  • Noise and community guidelines
  • Any other instructions applicable to residents and guests

Failure to follow society rules may result in penalties, restricted access, or other action as determined by the society management.

7. IMPORTANT

By staying at our property, you agree to respect the property, the residential community, and the people around you.

We want you to have a comfortable, safe, and memorable stay while ensuring peace and harmony within the community.
